  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period after your browser is closed. Used for: analytics tracking, consent records, preference memory. Typical durations: 30 days (marketing), 13 months (analytics), 12 months (preferences and consent).

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

  4. 4. Toggle Block third-party cookies as needed, or add exceptions per site.
  5. 5. Click See all cookies and site data to delete cookies for specific websites.

Mobile browsers: On Android, access cookie settings via the browser app's Settings → Privacy menu. On iOS, cookie controls are in the device's Settings → [Browser App] → Privacy section.

7. Your Rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and general principles of data fairness, you have the following rights in relation to cookie data:

  • Right to withdraw consent: You may change your cookie preferences at any time using the controls in Section 5 above. Changing preferences applies from that point forward — it does not affect data already collected.
  • Right to information: You may ask us what cookie-related data we hold and how it is used. Email [email protected] with your request.
  • Right to erasure: Deleting cookies from your browser removes the stored data from your device immediately. Server-side analytics records may be retained for up to 26 months.
  • Effect of disabling cookies: Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly. Disabling analytics or preference cookies will not affect your ability to browse or contact us.
